Review: Targus Universal Digital Camera Starter Kit – Head’s UP
Alright, I know most people at YouTube don’t need a Digital Camera Starter Kit, but let me ask you a question: Do you find yourself bending over a bigger tripod when you try to do a review or make a video where you want to work on a table? Well, I am new to YouTube, and been ignorant this whole time, always finding myself in compromising positions while reaching over and under or around my bigger Targus Tripod. Then I saw the Targus Universal Digital Camera Starter Kit in Walmart for 10 dollars, and I couldn’t buy it fast enough. When I did my first video, sitting in a chair with this little 6 inch tripod perfectly positioned right in front of me, I couldn’t have been any happier. For a mere 10 dollars, here is what you get: A digital camera case w/shoulder strap A Portable tripod that extends to 6″ w/universal mount A universal memory card wallet Universal Screen Shields A Digital maintenance care kit w/micro-fiber cloth and lens cleaning solution How can you beat that for 10 dollars? Well, beats me, but I would have paid 10 dollars just for the mini tripod, although, you can get just the 6″ Tripod for 4 or so dollars right, if that is what you need. And that’s my head’s up to anyone who has been dumb like I have, and bending over bigger tripods. Obviously, most YouTubers already knew this, but for people like me, this will be a welcome addition for future video making ease, kk, because I llike all the other stuff that comes with the mini Tripod. ————— The …

Tech Talk – iPod as a Mic – H1 Zoom Audio Test + Mini DSLR Camera Tripod? Mic Handle
This episode of tech talk features a little bit of everything First off, I wanted to share this cool mini tripod that shipped out free with one of my camera bags. The mini table tripod is made of plastic but still has a sturdy design. If it was made out of aluminum, it’d be perfect!! But it’s still a nice little piece of gear to have in the bag. It is able to support my DSLR camera pretty well! (Though it may not be designed for that much weight) It’s also a great handle for my Zoom H1 !! The mini tripod is made by a few companies, the most familiar is Vivitar. More info available here: 3″ Mini Digital Camera Tripod www.amazon.com I was impressed with how well the windscreen did, it was a windy day! The audio quality of the Zoom h1 was nice, though I think I had my input levels slightly too high as the audio peaked in a few places during my dialogue. If you listen closely, it sounds like there is a ‘whistling’ noise as the wind blows created by the windmuff… Interesting. And I’m still getting use to how ‘stereo’ the mic pick up is. Tilting the mic just slightly and the audio moves from center to left or right. The ipod audio was surprisingly good! Though placing it in a pocket, you can hear the rustling of the clothes. But it wouldn’t make too bad of a mic. …backup, last resort mic.

Cheap Mini Tripod for Digital Cameras and Pocket Video Camcorders Review
You can get these tripods here: bit.ly I just bought a cheap mini tripod, mainly to hold my Tascam DR07 portable recorder, but I thought I’d do a quick review showing it with a compact digital camera (a relatively heavy one), so you can see how good/bad it is. For the money (and it’s been reduced *after* I bought it!), I’d say it’s good value. It’s not as sturdy as something more expensive, but then you can’t really expect that, can you? If you take a little care with it, it should do a good job for you. At least take more care than I did, as you’ll see in the video!
Fuji G-617 Panoramic Camera – A film camera that is Great for Landscape Photography…
www.clickherephotographytips.com The Fuji G617 Panoramic camera is an absolute pleasure to own and to use, although it does have a few teething problems This camera was first developed in Japan by the Fuji Photo Film Company in 1982 and has the ability to take print or transparency film images at a size of 6cm x 17cm which look amazing on a light table and much better when you see a print hanging on your wall. The camera accepts film that is generally used in Medium Format cameras like Hasselblad, Rollei etc and is a larger sized film than the traditional 35mm film that many photographers were using before the invention of digital photography. I do not feel that digital photography will result in the demise of film photography, at least not for sometime Moving On The camera accepts two sized of film, actually the height of the film remains the same, it is actually the number of photographs available that really makes the difference. For example, on a roll of 120 sized film as a photographer you are limited to four shots per roll, and; on a roll of 220 film you are limited to eight shots per roll. To purchase this camera new can be expensive, film is expensive to purchase and so are costs involved in processing and printing. But, for some reason I keep coming back to this camera mainly as a result of the quality of the images. They are simply outstanding Admittedly, the camera is generally not used in everyday photography unless of course you are a professional …
