Here is a simply way to adjust the time on mini spy cams (you know that pesky yellow bar in the lower right or left portion of your viewer?) Well if so; Here’s how! My Date/Time looks like yours but it dont work with my cam. I search for 2 days now and tried everthing. Nothing works. The TAG.txt disappears after turn off/on but date/time isnt changed. Any help?

Have a recording already made in the camera then create the tag.txt file in this format
[date]
2009/08/24
19:20:00
Copy and paste all that then edit it to your time and date…..I had the same trouble it would not keep time and date settings until i found out there must be a recording already done by the camera on the card……..weired i know i spent a couple of hours messing to find that out.

Youtube will post that time format with spaces between the [date] and 2009/08/24 and 19:20:00 so make sure they are above each other but without the space if you know what i mean.
The key is to have a recording all ready in the camera even if the time and dat is wrong.
@isrille Perhaps it’s a an compatibility with your computer, is your a Mac or Windows 7 by chance?
@Begbucks I got XP 32 on my pc. It must be another keycam version. on the chucklohr hompepage is a short comment. it´s an new undefined keycam.
